How We Cultivate Organizations
This program is ideal for two types of organizations: 1) for the organization that cultivates leaders from underestimated backgrounds, and 2) an organization that serves kids, young people, and college students from marginalized communities.
Understanding ACEs
An overview training to help participants understand adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and the science behind how ACEs impact brain development and lead to toxic stress. The training advocates for creating environments that foster safe, stable, and nurturing relationships and settings to prevent ACEs.
This program is ideal for underestimated leaders with a history of adversity who are parents, civil service workers, mentors, or in youth-serving organizations. It's a good overview training for teachers, counselors, social workers.
Nurtured Heart Approach® Practice
This program is customizable. It includes a 10-hour Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA) training plus 12-week one-on-one or group coaching to enhance the practice. Developed for the intense child, NHA is a relationship methodology used to harness intensity and challenging behaviors for a positive transformation of greatness.
This program is ideal for underestimated leaders with a history of adversity who are parents, civil service workers, teachers, counselors, social workers, mentors, or in youth-serving organizations.
Notching-Up Programs
These customizable training, consulting, and coaching programs use the NHA framework to explore how adult intensities show up in ourselves, at home and in the workplace, and how to create spaces and places to foster relationship-building and the sense of belonging in the workplace.
The ideal client for this program is an underestimated leader or a civil servant in middle-management or a person in executive leadership who oversees their own team and/or department.

How We Cultivate Individuals
We cultivate underestimated leaders with a history of adversity who are parents or civil service workers, teachers, counselors, social workers, mentors, or in youth-serving organizations.
Nurtured Heart Approach® Training
Participants will leave with tools to help shift a challenging child to use their intensity in successful ways, even if the child is diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, or exhibits other difficult behavior. Participants will be able to apply the core methodologies of the NHA to build Inner Wealth® in all children and create a richer social-emotional environment.
Nurtured Heart Approach® Coaching
Participants will receive one-on-one coaching to enhance their Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA) practice to build Inner Wealth® in all children and create a richer social-emotional environment.
Inner Strength Groups
Through a group practice, participants will cultivate Inner Wealth® in themselves and those around them.
